Mohamed Ewis, also known as Mohamed arw, is a 34-year-old entrepreneur whose journey began as a professional footballer before a career-ending ACL injury changed his path. Faced with uncertainty and no financial backup, he turned to business, using the discipline and connections from his sports career. A turning point came when he met his mentor, Mr. Osama Abdullah, who taught him the fundamentals of business operations and provided both guidance and support. With relentless dedication, Mohamed transitioned from learning to founding his own ventures. He launched several companies including Al-HYBH Project Management in Dubai, Zeno Project Management in Cairo—named after his son—and Falso, a gold trading company that has expanded across the Middle East, Europe, London, and West Africa.
Each company’s branding reflects his values, heritage, and personal inspiration, from horses and lions to eagles and camels. Mohamed built his companies with a strong focus on team development, insisting on regular training and a clear client selection strategy that prioritizes value and trust. His leadership evolved from being self-reliant to collaborative, embracing diverse perspectives including his team, family, and even daily staff. Through hard work, humility, and strong faith, Mohamed overcame setbacks and built a business empire that he manages today with modern systems and strategic insight. He credits his mother, wife Imane, children (Zayn and Mohra), and mentors for their unwavering emotional support, emphasizing that this was more valuable than any financial aid. Inspired by figures like Nelson Mandela and books like The Open Society and Its Enemies, Mohamed channels both challenges and enemies as motivation to grow stronger. He dreams of seeing his ARW Group become a globally recognized brand, serving as a symbol of perseverance, purpose, and passion.
Deeply grateful to both Egypt and the UAE, Mohamed dedicates his success to his roots and to everyone who supported him along the way. His message to youth is clear: never give up, create your own path, and believe that with time, effort, and faith, failure becomes impossible. His story, as he puts it, is still unfolding—and the best is yet to come.
